Prem Kumar has been a devoted spiritual seeker from a young age, relentlessly pursuing Higher Consciousness with the guidance of extraordinary Masters he has encountered throughout his life. Alongside his spiritual journey, he has led a fulfilling social life and maintained a successful career in the corporate world. Prem has consistently shared his passion for wellness, love, meditation, and yoga, even within his workplace. He founded the "Meditation Club" at HCL, where he guided over 10,000 individuals in meditation, spreading its transformative power both inside and outside the organization.

Prem holds dual Master's degrees-an M.B.A. and an M.A. in Yoga-and has studied music. He is also a trained martial artist, having studied Taekwondo and Tai Chi under internationally recognized Masters.

Prem's childhood was far from ordinary. His father, a spiritually awakened and wise soul, began imparting profound wisdom and unconditional love to him when Prem was just 4 or 5 years old. At this young age, Prem was initiated into meditation, which led him to spend much of his time exploring spiritual texts from his father's vast library and practicing yoga and meditation.

Prem's deep connection to yoga and meditation blossomed during a transformative 22-day retreat in Nepal in 2001. There, he immersed himself in hours of daily meditation, reaching profound states of consciousness and experiencing Satori-a state of enlightenment-that lasted for months. During this period, he withdrew from the outside world and his social circles. After experiencing the profound state of non-duality, Prem made the conscious decision to return to the world, reconnecting with friends and family, and dedicating himself to sharing the teachings of spirituality and meditation.

A pivotal moment in Prem's life occurred when his Guru-his father-passed away and ascended to the heavenly realms. Just seven days later, the world was brought to a standstill by the Covid-19 pandemic. This profound loss, coupled with the global lockdown, deeply affected Prem, severing his last attachment to the material world. The isolation brought on by the pandemic drew him further inward, grounding him in the state of Nothingness.

As the world grappled with the challenges of Covid-19, Prem's friends and colleagues from the corporate world reached out for support. In response, he launched online meditation programs, offering solace and guidance to thousands of people during a time of global uncertainty.

Since then, Prem has continued his mission to raise awareness about yoga, meditation, love, compassion, and well-being. His unwavering goal is to create a world filled with healthy, happy, and spiritually aware individuals, guiding them toward holistic wellness and inner peace.
